Product Overview
The AAM-2107-GKBD is a complete GPS and BeiDou engine module that features super sensitivity, ultra-low power consumption, and an exceptionally small form factor. The GPS and BeiDou signals are applied to the antenna input of the module, and complete serial data messages with position, velocity, and time information are presented at the serial interface using NMEA protocol or custom protocol. With -165dBm tracking sensitivity, the module extends positioning coverage into challenging environments like urban canyons and dense foliage areas where GPS and BeiDou reception was previously difficult. The small form factor and low power consumption make the module easy to integrate into portable devices such as PNDs, mobile phones, cameras, and vehicle navigation systems.
